工作職責: 負責調配電車服務，管理前線車務員工; 處理交通意外及為乘客及車長提供協助;處理突發事件，執行緊急車務應變措施; 安排各車長工作和各部門溝通，巡邏各車站等等
入職要求：持有有效香港駕駛執照(1/2類別); 具有三年或以上服務性行業經驗者優先考慮; 擁有管理員工經驗者優先考慮
資歷：中五程度; 一般粵語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文
