特徵
工作職責: 負責服務監察，巡視各車站，記錄行車班次，載客資料及繕寫報告及表格等; 監察各車務安排的執行情況; 協助處理乘客對電車服務的查詢及投訴
入職要求：持有有效香港駕駛執照(1/2類別); 具有一年或以上服務性行業經驗者優先考慮; 擁有管理員工經驗者優先考慮
資歷：中五程度; 一般粵語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文
