Mission

Business Development & Sales: 

  • Create compelling sales proposals and packages tailored to premium corporate clients, agencies and public organization and government stakeholders 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for free ride day sponsorships, premium tram services, branded tram experiences and Tramplus education programs. 

  • Negotiate contracts and manage complex deal structures with high-value clients across corporate, agency, and government sectors 

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development across multiple verticals 

Account Management & Client Relations: 

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction 

  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with premium corporate clients, agencies and public organization and government stakeholders 

  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for service expansion and contract renewals 

  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships 

Project Management & Operations: 

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver free ride day, premium tram services, branded tram experiences and Tramplus education programs. 

  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution 

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives 

  • Oversee quality control and post-project evaluation to ensure client satisfaction 

Media & Communications: 

  • Develop media strategies and manage communications for high-profile partnerships and events 

  • Coordinate with press and media outlets to maximize exposure for client campaigns and company initiatives
