Position Summary:
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new school partnerships, promoting innovative educational programs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in initiating new connections, is passionate about promoting the heritage of Hong Kong trams, and enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment to inspire the next generation through creative education solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Outreach and Relationship Acquisition
Proactively identify and approach schools (public, private, and international) to promote Tramplus’s educational programs.
Build connections with key decision-makers, including principals, teachers, and school administrators, to introduce tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Represent Tramplus at education fairs, teacher conferences, and school events to establish new partnerships and generate leads.
2. Program Development and Customization
Collaborate with the academic team to design educational programs that align with school curricula, such as STEM, heritage education, and sustainability themes.
Prepare persuasive proposals and detailed budgets for school partnerships and program execution while addressing the specific needs of each institution.
Offer innovative solutions to schools that integrate Tramplus’s educational offerings with their learning objectives.
3. Pipeline Development and New School Engagement
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of school leads, categorized by potential partnerships and outreach status.
Focus on acquiring new relationships to create a steady pipeline of schools participating in Tramplus activities.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective school partners to convert leads into confirmed partnerships.
4. Program Execution and Quality Assurance
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations and marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs, from planning to execution.
Monitor program success through feedback collection and analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with school needs.
