Mission

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards. 

  • Identify potential suppliers, negotiate agreements, and manage supplier relationships effectively. 

  • Evaluate and assess suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. 

  • Conduct market research to keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements. 

  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and records. 

  • Lead the tender preparation process, including drafting tender documents, conducting supplier evaluations, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements, to facilitate effective tender management. 

  • Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.  

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. 

  • Proven experience in Procurement or in a similar procurement role. 

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices. 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 

  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Applicants will less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
