Mission
Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards.
Identify potential suppliers, negotiate agreements, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Evaluate and assess suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Conduct market research to keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and records.
Lead the tender preparation process, including drafting tender documents, conducting supplier evaluations, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements, to facilitate effective tender management.
Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
Proven experience in Procurement or in a similar procurement role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
